Regional Site Deployment Manager - Mobile (Remote)

About the Role:

The Pall Water Regional Site Deployment Manager combines account management, project management, and relationship building. The Regional Site Deployment Managers will champion the customers needs and work cross-functionality within Pall Water to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction is achieved. This role will work both strategically and tactically with our customers, their objective is to be a Trusted Partner and be in the best position to gain insights and advise the customer regarding their water eco-system.

What Will I Be Doing?

Project Management (60%):

  • Coordinate with customers & internal cross-functional teams to develop project plans including project scope, release schedule, milestones and deliverables from Order Acceptance to the commissioning phase.
  • Perform project management for regional mobile accounts
  • Plan and oversee projects to ensure the highest levels customer satisfaction, preparing budgets and monitor & communicating progress to both internal and customer stakeholder.
  • Coordinate calls, meetings and communications between customers and project team through to the deployment of the mobile asset.
  • Perform cost planning for each deployment, in the event costs increase, the customer success manager is responsible for implementing actions to recover unplanned cost.
  • Keep up-to-date and accurate cost and project records using our ERP (SAP) and internal databases (Lotus Notes).
  • Create and closely monitor metrics (KPIs) to ensure we exceed customer expectations from order acceptance to commissioning.

Account Management (40%)

  • Responsible for customer renewals, expansions, and satisfaction for the customers that have active deployments in the regions assigned across North America.
  • Identify new applications within a customer water eco-system for expansion and handoff opportunities to the sales team for closure.

What Are The Qualifications?

  • A Bachelors or equivalent experience
  • 7-10 years of relevant project management experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with interfacing and building relationships with end customers.
  • 2-3 years experience in the Water Treatment Industry
  • Strong knowledge and experience using ERP system (SAP or Oracle)
  • Must currently reside in the territory: Mountain/Western US or Western Canada (within a 1hr drive of a major airport)
  • Travel for business internationally in the Americas 35% time.

  • The salary range for this role is 93-112K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
  • This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
