Marketing Associate
The Marketing Associate will partner across Chase’s Centers of Excellence such as the Marketing Research, Media, PR, Branding and Analytics teams to build strategies to support our omni-channel media plans. Understanding business objectives and leveraging best practices and insights, the Sr. Associate will review current plans, recommend adjustments and execute on the plans. Specifically, this role will support the budget management, invoice approval, and creative review processes while ensuring timely delivery of the omni-channel media campaigns. They will also establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and partner closely with Analytics team to read results and do post-campaign analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Background/experience in marketing required
- 3 years of work experience
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, fluid environment with tight deadlines
Ideal candidates would be able to do the following:
- Be a self-starter with a proven track record of developing compelling strategies that deliver results with a strong attention to detail
- Lead and function effectively in a matrix organization
- Have experience with advertising & media campaigns
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and leadership potential
